Some of the most frequent questions we get asked every year have to do with pricing. Here is what you need to know:
What does my registration include?
Your registration includes:
- 3 full days of educational content (more than 30 hours of content offered!) and networking with fellow Aptify users and staff
- A full breakfast, buffet lunch, and snack breaks every day
- The Sunday night welcome reception
- An evening beach party and dinner on Monday
What discounts are available to me?
Group Discounts
At Aptify, we think that that AUC is an important event that everyone who uses the software—from database administrators to membership directors to CEOs—should attend. The more people from your organization who attend, the more your team fully adopts the software. So we want to make it as cost-effective to send as much staff as possible. We do this by providing group discounts. After the first two full priced registrations, the next three registrations are $200 dollars off each. After the fifth full-priced registration, each subsequent full-priced registration is $400 off.
Other Discounts
We have a great team of community volunteers who contribute a great deal of time to the success of our users community and conference every year. As a way to show our appreciation, we have created discounts for each of those people. Keep these in mind if you are looking for a less expensive way to attend AUC next year. If you have served in any of these capacities, you qualify for a discount:
AUC Speaker: If you are speaking at AUC this year, you will receive a discounted registration of $500 dollars.
Executive Board: If you a member of our executive board, you will receive a discounted registration of $650 dollars.
Webinar Speaker: If you have presented a webinar to the Aptify Community at any point the previous year, you will receive a discounted registration of $800.
What are the additional classes? Who are they for?
Developer Passport: One of the best things about Aptify is each customer’s ability to configure and tailor the product to best meet its organization’s particular need. The best way to do that is to train developers who have extensive knowledge of the Aptify system. The Developer Passport at AUC is one of the best ways to achieve this.
This class is an in-depth look at how to develop and build out some of the most popular features in Aptify. We bring together some of our best consultants and developers for two days of teaching and assisting in hands-on development activities for our developer community. This session is created with extensive input from the developer community throughout the year, so it best suits the most important needs and questions our clients have. The class costs $525 and will be held all day Sunday with additional Developer Passport–only sessions on Monday. This class is aimed at developers and those who adapt the Aptify system for their organization. There will be different content for both more- and less-advanced developers.
Aptify Training: New to Aptify? Need a refresher? This year we have brought a new offering to AUC just for you—Aptify Core Training. Join the Aptify training team as they provide a full day of hands-on, instructor-led training, covering topics such as managing views, reporting, product setup, subscriptions, membership, campaigns, and more. This class costs $525 and will be held during the day on Sunday.
Can I bring a guest to dinner?
Work travel is always better when you can bring a friend along, but you don’t want to skip the evening parties or leave your guest alone. For $150 your guests can attend both our welcome reception at the hotel and the party on South Beach. So plan to bring your spouse, or invite a friend who is local, and change the trip from just another business trip to something much more memorable.
