Depending on where you are in the country, you’re probably wishing for balmy weather and the beach—hopefully AUC 2016 is coming to mind! As I type this, I just looked at the weather app on my phone, and it’s 14 degrees, but feels like 1 degree, so needless to say—I’m ready for spring!
Although AUC 2016 was just 4 months ago and it’s still fresh on your minds, we are already already gearing up for AUC 2017! And if you haven’t already heard, we are heading to Las Vegas (yes, we chose another warm location)! Mark your calendars because we’ll be there from October 15 – October 18!
Right now, we have our hands full visiting our conference site in Vegas, getting our AUC 2017 website up and running for you, and sending out the call for abstracts. And we want to hear from you!
Have you submitted an abstract in the past? Well, we’d love to see you submit another idea. Are you a first timer? That’s great! We love seeing new faces from our Aptify user community getting more actively involved in AUC, so we hope you will consider submitting your idea. Don’t be shy!
Here are some questions that you might have:
What’s the theme?
The theme for this year’s AUC is “Delivering the Future of Technology Today.”
We’re offering 3 educational tracks for breakout sessions as follows:
- Information Technology
- Membership/Marketing
- Finance/Executives
When are abstracts due?
Good question! Please submit your session ideas by Tuesday, February 21.
Once we have reviewed all of the session abstracts, we will notify speakers who submitted a proposal the status of their session and next steps.
Are there any perks that come with speaking?
The answer is yes! If your session is selected, here are the awesome perks that will come with it.
- A discounted AUC registration rate of $550.
- A strong addition to your professional portfolio.
- The opportunity to share your unique experience and expertise.
So what do you think? Will we see you speaking at AUC 2017? We look forward to hearing from you! And stay tuned as registration for AUC 2017 opens in March!
