You may know Jamie Notter from his work in organizational culture, his book Humanize, or maybe his newest venture into the world of millennials, and this year we are thrilled to add Jamie to our esteemed list of AUC keynote speakers.
Jamie is presenting the keynote session on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 18, titled “The Power of Millennial Alignment.”
His session covers research from his latest book (When Millennials Take Over) that illustrates the more important role millennials play as decoders of the key changes that are happening in the business world today. Citing case studies from organizations that have cracked the code on both performance and employee engagement, Jamie will explore the four key capacities organizations need to succeed in this new normal and how to build them inside your association, attracting millennials as both staff and members along the way.
